Staff is excellent and very helpful. A little road noise bit not bad. Adequate grounds for visiting the area. Stayed In a 5th wheel 4 nights and would definitely come back and recommend.
Drove over 700 miles and picked this campground to catch some rest and shower before the next leg of our trip home. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very friendly and when we pulled in it looked very well kept. We paid for full hook-ups and there was no water upon hookup. Called the front desk and they were aware of the issue (entire campground out of water) and informed us that the technician couldn't come in until 7am.Tech didn't come in until close to 8am and couldn't find the issue. The front desk didn't call anyone or offer at least a partial refund. We left, no showers, no bathrooms to use, pretty upset about this experience. Communication could have been a lot better their customers.

Decent price, but it's right along the highway and train tracks. Few, small trees at the sites. The water pressure is a bit low but usable. WiFi was slow and dropped frequently. Showers and laundry on-site. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The place was not very much fun. There was apsolutly no shade whatsoever either. Nice that it was so close to Rapid City though!
